I hope that all of you have had a great summer and are looking forward to another great year with Sigma Tau Delta.  The most important part of this email is to ask if you are interested in an officers' position in Sigma Tau Delta.  To meet university regulations, we need to have a meeting with all potential officers before we have our first general membership meeting. Please let me know if you are interested in guiding this dynamic, SAMMY award winning organization, by responding to this email.  I will then send out a Doodle poll to those who express interest to find a meeting time.  When I read your applications, I see so much talent to lead this organization, so please take advantage of this opportunity to build your resume and interact with other English majors, as well as the faculty sponsors, Dr. Shemak and Dr. Dowdey.
