Texas Review Press is going to have a booth at the Lonestar Kingwood Book Festival (see attached flyer for directions) this weekend, and there simply are not enough interns on our staff to cover the event due to scheduling conflicts with the Medieval and Renaissance Conference.



This is a great opportunity to attend the Festival, meet some authors, and even some Poet Laureates. The panel covering "Cooking with the Texas Poet Laureates" will be the largest single gathering of Texas Poet Laureate's in our state's history. All Texas Review Press needs is a few hours of your time to help man their booth. Don't worry, you won't have to sell anything!

Dear Dr. Kaukonen,

Can you please blast this request out to your MFA students? Texas Review Press is going to have a booth at the Lonestar Kingwood Book Festival (see attached flyer for directions). It takes place this weekend, and there simply are not enough interns on our staff to cover the event due to scheduling conflicts with the Medieval and Renaissance Conference, which is also taking place this weekend.

We will not be selling books, but our table is supposed to be next to the Texas A & M University Press Consortium table where our books will be available for purchase. We will have a display that features our recent titles, and one or two of our authors will be wandering in and out, and will be available to sign books.

We will be happy to share info sheets about the MFA program as well.

There's a nice TRP golf shirt and/or baseball cap for volunteers. Students interested in volunteering should contact me at kpdavis at shsu.edu<mailto:kpdavis at shsu.edu>.
