Looking at the logs I can see on the SHSU server, I can't really see any noticeable period of outage, biggest gap I could find in transaction flow was like 12 seconds, which does not seem abnormal compared to periods earlier in the day. Maybe the person working on the Wild Blue Sushi issue for you tapped something temporarily on their end that presented as this issue.
