Dear Dot;
 
   The fact that I only spend approximately 5 minutes on documentation of my 
individual sessions has alot to do with my ability to create specialized 
formats for each resident services are provided for.  I am able to revise any 
documentation techniques or formats as needed for each resident.  Also, a 
swingbed unit is a skilled nursing unit at a rural hospital because there are 
no skilled nursing facilities in the near vacinity other than the small 
nursing home with which we are affiliated.  A CTRS is also known as a 
recreation specialist.
