[Ntso] Daycare

I personally do not have a need for it, but I realize many do and think that it is an awesome and needed option for older students.  Daycare is incredibily expensive and often at rather inconvenient proximities to daily life.  Having something close and affiliated with the school would be a big advantage to those that attend off and on campus.  As mentioned many other schools have the availability.  It would be important for Sam to keep up with the competition for non-traditional students.
