[Ntso] Officer's Meeting

Officers:

Our meeting has moved to Java City on Monday from 12-1.  I just need to see 
a few of the officers there so we can discuss the elections and the banquet.

If anyone is interested in running for an office next year, then feel free 
to come to the officers meeting so we discuss the details.
