CBMT and Musicianship Skills

[MT-PRO Music Therapy List]

I totally agree with the fact that the Board Exam does not address
"practical" music skills. I am a total believer that music skills are
escencial for our profession and unfortunately there are many music
therapists that lack those skills. 
I have talked with many people involved in the committee of BCMT about
somehow including a "practical" evaluation of fundamental music skills.
Our profession is increasing on demand. Therefore I also believe that our
standards should be even better.
