Good afternoon, faculty and students, Dean Li brought to my attention that we will have a guest with us the afternoon of June 21.  I plan on meeting with her, and if you have an interest in meeting her as well, I think it might be nice to have a small group.  Please let me know if you would like to be a part of that.  It looks like the time we have available is between 1 and 3 on June 21, depending on what she has available, but I would not want to ask for more than an hour of her time. Dean Li,

I should have thought of this earlier, but Phil Lyons gave me a nudge to share the info above with you as well.  Apologies as I continue to learn. I have invited Dr. Zarse (Nancy) to visit the University on the 21st of June.  She will arrive at 10AM and her schedule is open now from 12:30 to 3.  Also, I plan to take her to lunch at 11:30 and would ask others to join us.  Nancy has an interesting career both in private work and in Higher Education.  Having just relocated to Texas (Katy) she is looking for opportunities to further contribute.  I suspect that is either through online or research but that is just me guessing.  If you or your team are interested in meeting her let me know and I will bring her by or you can join us for lunch.
